Sculpture and construction, as well as art and labor, are often imagined as not only unrelated but at odds with one another. “Installation” is a visual poem that documents the day to day labor of riggers, truckers, and construction workers as they assemble Richard Serra’s immense steel sculpture “Sequence.” This beautifully composed film captures workers and steel in moments of unexpected grace.
